I bambini dalla Shoah


Buongiorno a tutti! Quest'oggi vi racconto un po' di una mostra che è stata inaugurata mercoledì 26 gennaio qui a Cagliari. Il titolo è "I bambini dalla Shoah".
Sono stati presi dei disegni fatti dai ragazzi della Scuola Media Alfieri, che hanno ritratto i loro coetanei vissuti nel periodo hitleriano, i quali sono stati sottoposti alle persecuzioni naziste finendo nei campi di concentramento. La mostra narra con gli occhi dei ragazzi gli scempi perpetrati dai nazisti in quel periodo. I ritratti mostrano la decadenza dell'epoca and people, especially children, in the death camps. Hello everyone! This weekend I happened to be in family and si sa, quando ci si riunisce coi propri cari si tende a mangiare un po' di più, soprattutto se abbiamo qualcuno che ci vizia...e anche questa volta è stato così!Soprattutto perchè in tavola c'era una pietanza che a me personalmente piace molto.Si tratta di una sorta di lasagna al forno che però nulla ha a che vedere con la ricetta tipica emiliana, eccetto il condimento forse.Sto parlando del "pane frattau".
Per prepararlo si ha bisogno dei seguenti ingredienti:
600 gr di pane "carasau", 350 gr di salsa di pomodoro, olio extravergine d'oliva, 70 gr di formaggio pecorino grattugiato, quattro uova, uno spicchio d'aglio, qualche foglia di basilico, brodo di carne, sale.
