La donnola e il gallo
Buongiorno carissimi! Oggi la nostra è una proposta culinaria adatta to those who love meat and vegetables. An idea for dinner, since we are still in time! The ingredients that are used are as follows:
600 grams of lean beef or pork fat, broad leaves of cabbage, olive oil, white wine, a clove of garlic, a few leaves of sage, parsley, pepper, spices.
As regards the preparation we proceed as follows:
chop the garlic, sage, parsley and mix everything with the minced meat, getting the ball or cylinder. Blanch the cabbage leaves in salt water, and wrap around the balls prepared. Bake the rolls in a pan with oil, making it brown, then sprinkle with plenty of dry white wine and simmer over low heat with the lid. Serve warm. What if not
