Hello everyone! Today I want to suggest a "sweet" idea for your breakfast: biscuits or Sardinians, as they say to me, "pistoccos. These are special cookies which can be eaten as is or are suitable to be soaked, coated and are great for making tiramisu ... what more could you ask for this?!
The ingredients we need are the following:

150g flour 150g sugar 6 eggs

a pinch of salt icing sugar

Prepare as follows:
- Beat the egg yolks with sugar and a pinch of salt, do not stop until the mixture is homogeneous, smooth and white. Now add, gradually, the flour and mix it well. Then build the
clear and incorporate them slowly to the mixture, worked hard to make it homogeneous.
In a baking sheet lightly greased and floured, place small portions of the compound being far enough apart to prevent sticking during cooking.
Sprinkle over a little caster sugar mixed with powdered sugar, using a strainer. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees when it came to cook the cakes for 15 minutes.
Turn off and wait for it to cool before removing from oven.
