Affeziomati readers of our blog: GOOD EVENING! Today I thought a bit 'on what to cook on weekends and I've come up with a pretty good recipe. These are the stuffed squid. Since I'm good I want to share with you, so you can enjoy them for good.
Here's what we need:
800 grams of calamari (squid)
4 anchovy fillets
an egg, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, olive oil, lemon, pepper, salt.
