Ciao a tutti!!!Ormai siamo entrati ufficialmente nel periodo del Carnevale, visto che oggi è Giovedì Grasso! Siccome poi non c'è festa che si rispetti che non abbia i dolci di rito ho pensato di proporvi una delle tante ricette per le zeppole, in sardo "zippulas", che sono appunto tipiche di questo periodo dell'anno. Eccola qui di seguito:

Ingredienti: 1 kg di farina, 300 gr. di patate lesse, 50 gr. di lievito, 5 uova, 5 arance, 1 limone, 100 ml di latte, 50 cl. di acquavite, 300 cl. di vermout, 50 cl. di sambuca, un pizzico di zafferano, sale q.b., olio extra-vergine di oliva, zucchero da spolverizzare q.b.

Preparazione: impastate in una terrina la farina, le patate, le uova, il sale, la buccia di limone e quella di 1 arancia, in modo da ottenere un composto ben sodo, aggiungendo eventualmente un po’ d’acqua se risultasse troppo duro. Quando l’impasto è ben liscio, continuate la lavorazione, aggiungendo pian piano tutti gli altri ingredienti a piccole dosi, alternandoli l’uno con l’altro. Alla fine, incorporate il lievito sciolto nel latte tiepido e continuate a lavorare la pasta fino a quando risulta morbidissima e ben elastica. Lasciate lievitare l’impasto, coperto da un panno, in un ambiente tiepido, per circa un’ora e mezza, sin quando si raddoppia il volume. Buongiorno a tutti! Quest'oggi vi racconto un po' di una mostra che è stata inaugurata mercoledì 26 gennaio qui a Cagliari. Il titolo è "I bambini dalla Shoah".
Sono stati presi dei disegni fatti dai ragazzi della Scuola Media Alfieri, che hanno ritratto i loro coetanei vissuti nel periodo hitleriano, i quali sono stati sottoposti alle persecuzioni naziste finendo nei campi di concentramento. La mostra narra con gli occhi dei ragazzi gli scempi perpetrati dai nazisti in quel periodo. I ritratti mostrano la decadenza dell'epoca and people, especially children, in the death camps. Per prepararlo si ha bisogno dei seguenti ingredienti:
600 gr di pane "carasau", 350 gr di salsa di pomodoro, olio extravergine d'oliva, 70 gr di formaggio pecorino grattugiato, quattro uova, uno spicchio d'aglio, qualche foglia di basilico, brodo di carne, sale.

Even before the holidays, with Henry, Alexander, and all our teachers have classes scheduled for this 2011 just started and do not We look forward to welcoming you again in our school, to give our best to teach Italian and to help you make the most of the wonders of our land. We have lots of ideas, want to take you to new destinations, new attractions, new activities to be proposed. If I have to be honest, it is not always easy to reconcile the ideas of all of us, because we want our students to know all of Sardinia: the scents, colors, flavors, history and ancient traditions.
